Volunteer Recognition Party

The next volunteer recognition party will be held on Jan. 24, 2002. Details TBA.

The Toronto Dollar holds regular gatherings for its volunteers and the board, in order to introduce new volunteers to the group and to discuss new ideas. These meetings normally take place in the St. Lawrence Market area, but we recently headed to one of the board members homes for a BBQ. See some pictures from this event.

The next Toronto Dollar Party to be held at the St. Lawrence Market will take place on April 4, 2002. Details TBA.

The Toronto Dollar is in the process of expanding into the Riverdale area - from Queen and Broadview up to Coxwell and Danforth. This gives us range of new businesses to draw from, all within a close knit neighborhood.
